Silky and smooth inside texture with just the right amount of outer crunch. Chipotle flavor goes well with flavor. Great restaurant for vegan choices.

This is an amazing dish packed with flavor. The tarragon and potato were my faves. The gun powder has a serious punch so be careful and don’t forget the garlic dipping sauce it’s the bomb.
