I do love these bars. Though they are a bit pricy. Nearly $15 for 4 bars.
They aren’t overly sweet and can easily be a dessert. There are several varieties. And this is my fave.
I bought these in Sprouts Farmers Market.
Not the right category. Need one for nuts & seeds.
Anyway, these are pretty good. Simple ingredients, not overly salted and sprouted. My go to option is always sprouted nuts and seeds.
The photo doesn’t do the dish justice. As it is in a takeaway box. I would highly recommend this. Really good. So far, everything I have tried from here hasn’t disappointed.

I would have preferred for this to have no cane sugar, however, it’s pretty low on the list.
Not too sweet and great for a quick snack if you are on the go or want something small before a main meal. Or even as a dessert 😊
No excuse to not have a juice daily. This one is a little sweeter than the pure green juice. Cold pressed and organic. How much better can it get?

Drove down to Oakland to try a vegan soul food restaurant. It was temporary closed. Thankfully, we found another one, not to far away. This has street side dining or takeaway only.

First time trying Ethiopian food. So simple but so good.
Food doesn’t need to be complicated. Herbs & spices do a good job at that.
