Good coffee. First time I tried oat milk with coffee and it's indistinguishable from dairy coffee.
Flavourful stuff. Sauce goes really well with the rice. Rice is short grain rice. Could do with more 'beef' and sauce though. Deep fried beancurd added is nothing special (and could be crisper) but adds another dimension to the dish.
Broth is really flavourful (although it's not as thick as other laksa broths). The vegan chicken mimics chicken thigh meat very well; I think people won't know if you didn't tell them its vegan chicken.
Texture really looks like crab! Slight taste of real crab too. Outside is crispy and thin.
Tasty pumpkin soup with crispy bread to go along. Taste is more complex than just pure pumpkin, so I think it has other ingredients added. Wholesome and does its job as a appetiser well.
Short grain rice dish was was spicy and flavourful, and the kimchi taste was evident. Luncheon meat replicates the well but the star I feel is the omelette which replicated the texture, mouthfeel and taste of chicken egg more
If I'm not wrong meatballs we're made from Omnipork and Beyond beef. Nice mix of smooth and chunky textures in the meatballs mimics animal meatballs well. Spaghetti was al dente, flavourful and spicy. The sprinkled vegan more
