Channa Masala is one of my favourite dishes, here it was combined with the two naan breads, onion and cucumber salad and a tamarind sauce and was really tasty. The only criticism I would have is that it might have been easier more

These were so nice. The sauce was spicy with a sweet edge and the fries had a nice crunch on the outside and were fluffy on the inside.

Portland definitely has a lot of good food options, this was the first time I’d tried Burmese food and I really enjoyed this tofu curry.

New Orleans wasn’t the most vegan friendly place of my trip, despite it being considered a culinary capital in America, but I really enjoyed this and this poboy restaurant in general which always has at least 3 vegan options on the menu

An enjoyable hot dog with tomato sauce, cashew mozzarella topped with some spicy peppers, which was nice to eat with a pint and a view of the chicago river.

The kind of pizza that a lot of my Italian friends would hate, with its bbq sauce base etc, but as fast food I enjoyed. It was massive though didn’t come close to finishing.

This was a sample of all of the vegan dishes with traditional Ethiopian pancakes. The beetroot dish was great, and I enjoyed the daals and potato dishes too.
