It's a good soy milk in my opinion! The flavour is a bit strong but I like the flavour is soy milk so it doesn't bother me. It has b12 fortified in it, and a decent amount of protein. It also lasts a good while longer than more

Delicious. Crispy and flavourful. It's made from cauliflour so it doesn't have a lot of nutritional value, but the syrup is so good, and the "chicken" has a nice slight spice to it.
