This is my favorite place in Denver. My all time favorite dish is their cauliflower
"chicken" and gf waffles. They even gave a garnish with carrot bacon. They have a bakery on site and vegan cooking classes offered. I dream about this place and wish it was closer

Delicious. Crispy and flavourful. It's made from cauliflour so it doesn't have a lot
of nutritional value, but the syrup is so good, and the "chicken" has a nice slight spice to it.
