The wok hei on this dish is on point, the meatballs are a little crispy outside and juicy inside.
They number their pizzas - this is originally topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella, sautéed mushrooms with onion and mirin, flaked parmesan and truffle oil. They very kindly made one without the cheeses for me and replaced more
Great starter. The base is nutty and crunchy, the hummus is smooth and creamy, topped with fresh salsa.
Added some avocado to my burger and it was really good!
One of my favourite appetisers to order at Empress. Already ate one before I took a pic! 🙊
