This dish usually contains eggs and this one was no exception. The staff member was very attentive and helped, making clear to the chef no egg, no sea food.
Everything was fresh and crisp, noodles, carrots, greens, bean sprouts, and a good sprinkling of peanuts. It made a pleasant lunch and looked pretty with its fresh flower decoration.
