Artichoke Burger at Holy Carrot — alisonsstar's Review (Sep 5, 2025)

🍔WOW!🤩 This #artichoke #burger is to die for. So creative and different. The patty is made from artichoke which I just adore. Then there is a smoked #tofu 🫛gribiche which I’ve never heard of but it’s a creamy sauce normally made from egg. After that there’s loads of #sauerkraut and fermented stuff as they love that here with a brioche like bun. It was heaven for all of us and the fussy French 🇫🇷said he’d come back for that in a heartbeat. Photo cred to @frenchkimchi aka the fussy French.

I had a gift voucher for this place as it’s pricier than we normally indulge in for going out to eat. My colleagues kindly splurged on a very generous voucher for a🌱 #veganrestaurant for me when I was leaving. So kind and thoughtful of them!🥰 #saveveganrestaurants
