šWOW!𤩠This #artichoke #burger is to die for. So creative and different. The patty is made from artichoke which I just adore. Then there is a smoked #tofu š«gribiche which Iāve never heard of but itās a creamy sauce normally made from egg. After that thereās loads of #sauerkraut and fermented stuff as they love that here with a brioche like bun.
