This is such a light and refreshing drink. I hesitated getting this because itās in such a large container, and I really donāt drink milk on its own (just as an ingredient), but this is almost like a juice. It brought me back to the days of creamsicles! Just a couple days later, I finished over half the bottle because it tasted so refreshing over ice yesterday after a long afternoon working in the yard and then again after my workout.
Other than a bit of carbs, I donāt see much nutrition in the label, and I doubt that thereās much vitamin C, given that this only has 7% juice, so Iāll just have to try and make my own with the tangerines on my tree thatās in the background of my photos. However, Iām sure that it wonāt be as tasty as this one because this one is like a juice. Mine will probably end up more like a smoothie, since I wonāt want to strain it and waste anything.
They have some other fun flavors that Iāll be sure to try out next, since I was so pleased with this one.
