Didn't know what #braai was until I googled it right after taking this out of the freezer 😅 This only ended up there because Vegan District newly introduced this and I thought #forthedollar why not (I'm a Field Roast loyalist when it comes to #sausages 😉)
Instead of grilling/roasting them like Google said I ought to have done, I pan-fried them since I was frying up a load of other stuff anyway 😅 Decent texture that puts up some resistance under dental pressure, but not sure it's the right flavour profile for what I was trying to do with it 🤷♂️
