These were damn good! As I suffer from debilitating decision-paralysis, especially when presented with an entirely vegan menu of more than 60 options, I asked Mother Chu to choose an entrée for me that wasn’t too expensive and on the healthier side. She understood the assignment and came out with these steamed rather than fried dim sims. They came with a little crunchy cabbage slaw and some sweet plum sauce. Mother Chu offered to add some chilli crisp too, which I’d never turn down. The chilli crisp tasted just like the addictive Lao Gan Ma brand but it was homemade. Each dim sim was filled with a mixture I couldn’t quite place but was delicious. A solid entrée choice.
