Carrots cooked at low temperature with cannellini beans hummus, spring onion salsa verde and fermented radish. Very good dish even though it was only one carrot per person (the tasting menu is all for sharing). The tasting menu is composed of 8 shared courses and cost 25€ per person, including water and coffee.
