This was the 8th and last dish of the tasting menu. Out of all the dishes this one stood out because it was way more autumnal than the others, a richer earthy flavor that seemed a little unusual during our visit in the spring. It was delicious nonetheless. A goulash made from mushrooms accompanied with buckwheat polenta. Went great with a glass of red wine.
