This was the first thing we were served for a tasting menu. Taggiasche olives (delicious) and fried fava beans. I’m usually not a fan of fava beans but I have to say I liked them very much in this fried version. This was just a small nibble before the bigger plates came, but still a nice and original idea.
This restaurant is very vegan friendly with most of the dishes being vegan. This whole tasting menu was vegan for example. The price for the whole menu was 25€ and included 8 courses to share, water, coffee and schnapps. Wine and dessert were on top.
