Ceremonial-grade matcha sourced from Southern Kyoto, brewed on the spot with us. 🍵 This might sound silly but I've never actually seen matcha being whisked so up-close right in front of me 😂 I realised that apart from dissolving the matcha and creating a beautiful frothy texture, the whisking process introducing air actually helped to release and enhance the tea aroma! Nice matcha flavour profile, albeit on the more bitter side since no sweetener was added.
