Rebel Cheeseburger at YES rebel bites bistro — lukasser's Review (May 2, 2025)

This is a lovely vegan restaurant, which supports the local vegan sanctuary located in Osijek. The vibe there is really nice and the staff is great and super helpful. The first time I went there (spoiler, yes there was a second time 🤭) I arrived just before they were about to close, but that wasn't an issue at all. The food tastes great and the portions are quite big, considering that the prices are also quite reasonable. Overall just a lovely place with a great atmosphere.
I decided to take the rebel cheeseburger with sweet potato fries (usually they would serve it with regular french fries), which was so massive I barely touched the sweet potato fries and took them for later, which came in really handy when I was hungry later 😝
It's filled with a homemade vegan patty, vegan cheese, lettuce tomatoes and pickles. Doesn't sound very special, but it was a real treat
