New main~ Chunks of lion's mane mushrooms coated in a crispy batter with a firm meaty mouthfeel inside. 🍄‍🟫 The spice seasoning was mindblowingly aromatic too, and with the Sichuan peppercorns and dried chilli, this resembled mala chicken 辣子鸡. 🌶️ There were long beans to balance things out too.
