Mapo Tofu Bowl at Chengdu Bowl - Ocean Financial Centre — Vikas Garg's Review (Mar 25, 2025)

This is the best attempt I’ve seen so far at a #healthyish Mapo tofu dish! I got mine with brown rice as the base and a bunch of delicious veggies including Brussels sprouts! The tofu packed a numbing spicy punch which is exactly what I wanted!

The founders, Stella and Sabrina are two awesome people from Chongqing in China and got started on their entrepreneurial journey creating Sichuan restaurants in Singapore. They’ve now got 6 locations and about to launch in San Francisco later this year! Check ‘em out and support. They’re now officially working with us and committing to launching more vegan options!!
