Herbed Arancini at J. Selby's — Iszy's Review (Feb 14, 2025)

Sott'er Cielo de Roma: 2025 Italian wine dinner at J Selby's. 1st course, served with Paolo Scavino 'Sorriso' Bianco 2023.

To start off this Italian-themed prix fixe dinner, we were served Arancini made with risotto and Herbivorous Butcher mozzarella. It also had basil oil. I love arancini but it's such a special occasion to see it on a menu. I think the last time I had it was in 2023 at Ladybird in NYC. I thought the basil here really provided so much great flavor. It tasted really fresh and herby. It makes me want to make my own arancini at home!
