Boscaiola at pizzeria marameo — Daniel's Review (Feb 9, 2025)

This Boscaiola pizza is one of the new vegan offerings at our favorite pizza place on earth! It seems like the vegan staff are having a blast creating new and flavorful combos, and with much success! Underneath the generous helping of #rucula there is #mushroom, #artichoke, #vegansausage, #vegantruffle oil and #veganmozzarella. The result is an explosion of flavors and textures that are a delight to savor!! And their crust is amazing, so chewy inside with a thin, crispy outer layer. I have to say that this pizzería has converted me to a white pizza lover - no tomato sauce needed for me to thoroughly enjoy pizza! This pizza is on the higher end of their menu as it is priced at 15,50€ but the quality of ingredients and its originality is worth it!
