Bullion cubes are so convenient! I love how little space they take up in my cupboard. One cube is ideal in two cups of water, so a whole pack of bullion cubes is equivalent to four regular broth cartons! Wow think of all the other things you can use that extra space for.
The vegetable bouillon is a nice basic flavor. I did find that I felt the need to add a lot of extra salt at the end of making my soup since this is low sodium. I prefer the other flavors just because it can be hard to find vegan meat broths.
