Caulafel Bites at The Wild Hare — Iszy's Review (Jan 23, 2025)

I've had Mad Hare's cauliflower/chickpea combination in a burger before, but it was nice to try them on their own as a snack. Cauliflower is such a pungent ingredient, so it maintains it's flavor in these fried balls. They're super crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I like traditional falafel more, but this is a nice little snack and can be added as a protein to any dish. I love that all of their aiolis are vegan. We chose the cilantro lime aioli this time.
