Fresh puff pastry by Chef SelectDaniel's Review (Jan 14, 2025)

Ready-to-use #puffpastry purchased at #lidl during one of their XXL promotioms before the holiday season. It is very easy to use, just unroll with the baking paper and put together your recipe. I used it to make a savory vegan wellington stuffed with mushroom, red pepper, onion and plant-based meat. It cooks up according to instructions, ends up nice and flaky and holds its shape well. I will probably buy it again but on special occasions as it's made with palm oil and has lots of saturated fat. Priced at 1,29€ for the 375g package.
