I used this pumpkin puree to make a pumpkin roll. I made a pumpkin cake with this puree and pumpkin pie spice from Trader Joe's. I used a homemade cream cheese frosting as a filling. This was my first time making a pumpkin roll so it's a bit uneven but it was tasty!
