These really interested me. They seemed like such an interesting fusion. Tom yum, cilantro, and chimichurri are what is listed on the menu. I love chimichurri and Tom yum has such a wonderful and creamy flavor. These dumplings were a really fun experimental appetizer. These little pockets are filled with flavor. The chimichurri was really great and complimented the corn well.
