Miso Butter Tofu Steak w Mashed Pumpkin at The Plant Food — Shanna's Review (Nov 25, 2024)

🎁I like the uniqueness of this dish. It brings simple items together to create a different vibe~
😘The tofu steak is pretty tasty with the miso. They used oats to add a coat is pretty neat as well. I'm guessing it is pan fried? (Someone correct me if I'm wrong!) But I can imagine it will have a really nice outer layer of it were baked.
🎃The mashed pumpkin is bed of sweetness, and pairs well with the tofu and salad.
🥗Love the good side of salad. Fresh and crunchy and juicy.
