This tuna potato salad doesn't sound great on paper, but I ended up loving it! It's made with jackfruit tuna, potato, chickpeas, olives, red onion, and Wunder egg hard boiled egg. I've made a potato salad with Wunder Egg before and really enjoyed it. They did a great job with it here too. I really enjoy the texture and the taste that comes from the kala namak. The jackfruit tuna wasn't too fishy, but it provided a nice shredded texture to the dish.
