Berlin Roll at Have A Roll — david's Review (Nov 10, 2024)

This is a cinnamon roll topped with vegan vanilla pudding! It’s called a Berliner roll, which I am confused about. In the region where I’m from in Germany, a Berliner is always filled with jam, and not custard. But apparently there are regions where it’s filled with custard- so this is where the inspiration for the roll came from. It’s cinnamony, moist and the pudding has a great balancing vanilla flavor!
