Soooo oily but sooo delicious. Just be sure to give everything a toss in that oil because it sinks to the bottom quickly. I’m quite spice-tolerant so it wasn’t that spicy for me, even for the mouth-numbing Sichuan peppers, but it could be spicy for the uninitiated. The stir fry pots are all vegan apparently except for the X.O. Pot which has shellfish. Watch the weight though as the pots are $4 per 100g and more expensive than the soups, so my overshot portion cost me $30.
