Pistachio Cruffin at SAINT-JEAN Amsterdam — tiascaz's Review (Oct 15, 2024)

The one thing I heard the most about from Saint Jean was the #pistachiocruffin, and as a #pistachiolover I had to give that a try. It was probably one of the best pastries I’ve ever tasted. Amazingly crisp, buttery and flaky pastry 🥐, lightly coated in sugar. Inside was the real magic, a pistachio butter just oozing out as you took each bite🤤. So rich, so nutty, so delicious. There was so much in there as well! It’s like the muffin was holding it as a cup. Insanely good. Incredibly rich and my tastebuds were on overload at the end of it. #pastrylover
