vegan #biscotti filled with #pistacchio?
i had no choice but to buy them.
they are light and not too sweet. my only complaint . . .
as you can see, the pistacchio:biscotti ratio is unbalanced. there clearly needs to be more creamy filling.
despite this, they did not go to waste. clearly marked #vegan
