Wow!! Didn't know u could do this...have to try..we normally have this with unripe mangos.

Dishes at Cobra are served "family style" which I love. I was first introduced to this by @gregcombs family! (They're Taiwanese) This was a cold dish and added something different to the spread. The cucumbers were pickled and covered in sesame seeds and spiced. They were about the only thing I could eat with chopsticks.😅 I'm so bad, no matter how much I practice. You can find these on Cobra's "Pickes & Sides" portion of their menu. These were also on their Happy Hour Menu. Normally, they are $5, but I believe $4 during Happy Hours.
