šŗšøš§ Iāve seen reviews for this #bakery for years and drooled. Apparently they are not solely vegan but have many #veganfriendly products you can find in the US grocery stores. My mom picked these #lemon šand #raspberry #cupcakes. #berrylover The artwork and cupcakes are so pretty! There is raspberry frosting inside too which was a surprise but they were really nice and #omnivoreapproved. My mom couldnāt tell they were vegan. The cake was moist and itās all sweet of course. I wonder if they can improve the recipe as itās so bad on Yuka. It has palm š“oil too, boo. Iāll poke. Itās a #bcorp so more deserving of our hard earned dollars and #kosher perhaps? It has a KSA Dairy symbol which is a new one for me thatās connected to kosher.
It feels like a real luxury to be able to pick up something like this at a normal neighborhood grocery store. The US supermarkets are very vegan š±friendly in my experience this trip, perhaps more so than the UK. š¬š§ The normal restaurants probably less so. Iām starting to write emails to all the places my parents like to go.
