I was excited to find these! I have such a hard time finding vegan croutons. And I love these - they are light, airy and perfectly crispy with a pleasant rosemary flavor.
How I’ve missed croutons on my salads, been using tortilla strips but those are just not the same. I will be buying these by the case next time I go to Trader Joe’s.

they are super easy to make and a great way to use old bread. just toss with a little oil and herbs and roast or brown them.
