I made the hour-long journey to try out Micro's vegan sandwich of the day after seeing the Glowing review by @vikas. Now I can say that their french bean/eggplant vegan sandwich is really worth 5⭐!

The veggies had a such a tantalising charred aroma.. very rich, almost felt like I was eating hor fan in a sandwich.. weird, but totally worked. The dressing was so creamy and savoury, no one would be thinking that cheese was missing. ✨

Note: i had this as a takeaway, which I only consume hours later ( because I went to their "hot food" unit at Serene Centre instead of the nearby bakery unit where they stock the sandwiches and the full range of pastries. By the time I realised it I had already ordered something else for breakfast, too full to fit in a sandwich..)
Pretty impressive for an "old" sandwich to still be so delicious after hours! 🤤
