#nutritionalyeast is such an amazing superfood and a great (I would say essential) component of a vegan diet. It is also expensive where I live, averaging about 40 - 50€/kg. So I did some hunting and found this version online at 24€ for an entire kilo!! And from a company based in Tarragona, Spain that is 100% vegan. It is a great way to add #umami to any dish or recipe, fabulous as a parmesean substitute and also pumps up the #cheesy flavor in your favorite recipies.
Nutritionally, it is packed with nutrition with a wide range of #vitaminb (1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 9) and #folicacid, is low in salt, consists of 47% #protein and is #glutenfree. This company has also received the #ecolable certification and the packaging is 100% recyclable.
