I went for #mashedpotatoes 🥔 It was a delightful vegan rendition of a classic Polish 🇵🇱 dish, featuring a breaded "chicken" cutlet from #seitan! The #cutlet is tender and flavorful, encased in a crispy breading that offers a satisfying crunch with every bite, reminiscent of the traditional dish.

Accompanying the vegan chicken cutlet is a generous serving of creamy mashed potatoes, velvety smooth and rich in flavor. The mashed potatoes provide a comforting base for the meal.
