Review of Lemon Cream Linguine at Lilac Oak by shanna
🍋My first time seeing lemon as a main part of a pasta dish! So I had to try! The tanginess from pasta sauces tend to come from tomatoes or vinegar. But lemon has a.. refreshing twist to it. Goes well with the creaminess of the sauce. Which is great~ especially for this relatively warm humid weather.

🍊The only thing I thought was... The marination of the tempeh could have considered a sweet fruit rather than maple syrup. So it goes with the lemon better. But to be honest, I still would have it again as it is!
