Mango Sticky Rice at Robinson Bungalows — tiascaz's Review (Apr 22, 2024)

I really love #mangostickyrice, if you’ve followed my page for a while you’d probably notice a lot of them lol. I’m not super picky, and tend to love most of them, but this just didn’t do it for me! The biggest problem was that they cooked the rice in #coconutmilk, so it was more like a rice pudding texture than a sticky rice. Not at all what this dish should be! The mango was very sweet and was lovely with the coconut milk sauce (ask for veganized version as apparently they normally put sweet milk in this). The rice just let it down! Made the whole thing a little too mushy.
