As you might see, a few years ago, I reviewed a small side of Mac and Cheese when Vida's first opened. They have a new recipe now, and it is DELICIOUS. It has a hint of white #queso and a really thick creamy and almost dip like consistency. I ended up ordering the bowl instead of the side for $8 and it was huge. I had to take the rest home. I devoured it at 10pm when I couldn't sleep. This is a really great mac and cheese and I highly recommend. It has a strong flavor and the white queso is unique and delicious.
