This vegan mac was pretty good. It had a great texture, but needed a bit
more flavor, maybe salt? But I would try it again, since they only just opened. I'll give it a second chance. #veganisnotscary

The customer service at this location is great! The person who cooked this saw there
were brown areas where the Mac and cheese cooked longer. They asked if it was alright or if I would want them to make another serving. I was impressed that they asked but I graciously accepted this as is and I am glad I did. It was really good.
Flavored noodles. They lack sauce—there’s not much cheese. Eh.

As you might see, a few years ago, I reviewed a
small side of Mac and Cheese when Vida's first opened. They have a new recipe now, and it is DELICIOUS. It has a hint of white #queso and a really thick creamy and almost dip like consistency. I ended up ordering the bowl instead of the side for $8 and it was huge. I had to take the rest home. I devoured it at 10pm when I couldn't sleep. This is a really great mac and cheese and I highly recommend. It has a strong flavor and the white queso is unique and delicious.
