A nice creamy yogurt with a mild vanilla flavour. I like to have it with fresh fruit such as berries and some flaxseed. A great way to start the day. It’s a fermented oat based yogurt with fibre, vitamin D and folic acid. more
This is my new favourite vegan chocolate with nuts. Nice smooth texture with crunchy hazelnuts. A classic. Great that it’s also palm oil free and the packaging is plastic free.
A nice variety of nuts such as pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts, cashews and pecans. They are unsalted and not roasted. The downfall is the price I didn’t notice as picked up in a hurry. I guess because the product is organic.
There has been some hype around this foundation so as ELF cosmetics are extremely well priced I thought I would give it ago. For information I have mature skin with a tendency for a little oiliness. This is a satin finish more
Nice to see a different vegan choice on the menu and it didn’t disappoint. Absolutely delicious. The cauliflower was roasted to perfection served with a vegan jus and creamed parsley root. No flavour overpowered. I wish more
Finally came across a vegan version of sour cream flavoured crisps. These are nice and crispy and very flavourful, very difficult to stop eating. The crisps are made from lentils so aren’t too bad calorie wise. Definitely a keeper.
Plant based cheese flakes which are supposed to be spicy. Personally couldn’t taste much spice but nothing wrong with the taste. Made from coconut oil and as most grated vegan cheeses a bit high in fat. Good to use on pasta or salad.
A tasty interpretation of an Indian samosa. It is filled with potatoes and peas with a curry mixture. Easy to cook either in the oven or pan. Nice as a starter or accompaniment with dal.
They say not to go grocery shopping on an empty stomach but I did and this garlic and parsley bread ended up in my trolley. It’s a bake off bread only needs a few minutes in the oven. Supposed to be served with a drink more
This is the first vegan alternative I have found for Kwark but I’m guessing there might be other brands. This is nice and creamy with a subtle vanilla flavour and not overly sweet. I like to have with fresh berries. My new go to.
