Review of KFC Cauliflower at Espécie - Restaurante Vegetariano by moonface
This Kauliflower Fried "Chicken" is my favorite appetizer at Espécie, a vegetarian and vegan restaurant in #porto. It's made of crunchy battered #cauliflower florets that are deep fried and then coated with a (very spicy) gochujang sauce. The spring onions added on top give it an extra kick. And don't forget the lime! I really recommend this dish. 😊
