Review of Roasted King Oyster Mushrooms in Beijing Duck Style at Yang Shin Vegetarian Restaurant by tiascaz

I had to give the full steps of creation in the photos for this vegan #beijingduck wraps!! Soooo cool to get to try this! The #oystermushroom was nicely grilled and coated in a yummy sticky sweet sauce, and the cucumber and fried tofu skin (I think) gave it so much crunchiness! Unfortunately at this point our stomachs were starting to give up on us… expect big portions here!
