Review of Mango Sticky Rice at Kinin by tiascaz

If you can believe it, this is #mangostickyrice🤔. Quite an avant-garde way of constructing a very classic dish, and I actually really loved the change! The orange mandarin looking thing was the sticky rice, formed into a ball and filled with mango puree on the inside!! Surrounding it was shaved fresh #mango, a mango and passion sorbet, and of course some sweet #coconutmilk. Somehow this all came together and really did give that classic mango sticky rice taste but with a unique set of textures. Super cool!
