I will always return to eat this dish when I'm in the mood for ramen! The noodles are prepared and cut in house! Thick and chewy and cooked perfectly! But the vegan broth is the star! Truly umami and savory! Their toppings of charred broccolini , corn and tofu were a bonus! They have several locations.
