a great flavour! The tofu was not to my liking as I prefer firm tofu instead of soft but the flavour was great! Would highly recommend!
vegan ramen was outstanding! Made with miso both that was out of this world! It was so fulfilling with tofu and minced tofu. Topped with braised broccolini, corn and bean sprouts. And their noodles were thick and chewy! Delicious!
The noodles are prepared and cut in house! Thick and chewy and cooked perfectly! But the vegan broth is the star! Truly umami and savory! Their toppings of charred broccolini , corn and tofu were a bonus! They have several locations.
