This perfect kouign amann #pastry stroke a delicate balance between #buttery, #flaky layers and a #caramelized, slightly #crunchy exterior. It had a rich, buttery flavor with just the right amount of #sweetness. The layers were distinct, with a crispy exterior and a soft, tender interior. The #caramelization on the outside adds depth of flavor and texture without being overly sweet or burnt. It was indulgent, satisfying, and memorable.
