Review of "I Love Tempeh" Bowl at The Hungry Tapir by tiascaz

This “bowl” felt a lot more like a salad, and let me tell you, there’s a difference. Very heavy on the lettuce and raw veg, would have maybe liked a grain in here. I loved the mushrooms and the roasted chickpeas, and while the #tempeh is always appreciated, it would have been cool if they spiced it #satay style before hand. The dressing was light and zesty, but there wasn’t enough of it. And the “sambal” didn’t really taste like #sambal to me, it was super sweet. While I enjoyed this dish overall, I think it could be improved upon.
